Actually, I had so many things to do right now and since I am so busy, I decided to post on something more different.

Here goes my top 5 favourite songs:

1. Apologize - One Republic ft. Timbaland

2. Viva La Vida - Coldplay

3. The Scientist - Coldplay

4. Better In Time - Leona Lewis

5. This Love - Maroon 5

My favourite quote: ” There is no shortcut to success. “

I guess that’s all. You know something more about me now.

Merdeka!!!

As you can see, I am promoting our country’s independence day. Yeah, I am posting this on the 31st day of August. It is a special day and it means a lot to me. Imagine 51 years ago, when our country gained freedom, imagine the happiness of all the residents in Malaysia. I sincerely wished Malaysia a good future and perhaps even we can alter the route Malaysia is on by making it better. Who knows?

Since I am posting this at the midnight, I was really tired and feeling dizzy. I will be posting on more about what my school did to celebrate Merdeka later on. Bye.

To be exact, I am posting on the other pics when we are in McD’s. If you don’t know what the heck I am talking about, refer to my last post.

As you know, after the karaoke session, we wandered around finding for a spot to relax. Rou Xin decided to get on with McD’s. So we saw down and talked. Blah. Blah. Blah. Some lame stuff. I bet we didn’t know what to say that time. There was like some talking between the girls. Girlie sutff. Mostly boring. I was lost in my own thought that time and stared into space.

Here are the pics:

(From left to right: Xi yuan, Kah Kei, Hui Xin, Daphne and Rou Xin)

( I was looking dumb behind the phone haha )

Till then.

I’m so, so, so sorry for posting so late! I should have posted that day. I mean, Thursday was the day I went to the gathering. And I promised I was going to include pics right?

Hell yeah. I am including the pictures right now. Besides that, I am going to write what happened on that day too.

That day, I woke up at 8.30 a.m. I knew it was early. I did my usual stuff. Bathing. Eating. Chatting. Surfing the web. Watched some Olympics. Then off I went as the gathering was due at 11 a.m. After I fetched the two girls, well, my classmates, we set off for Times Square. I was really glad that my mum was bringing us there.

The first disaster came. My mum actually went the wrong way and there was some commotion in the car. She should drive according to the same road, using the roundabout but since it was raining that day, it became so blurry, so yeah, you know what happen.

Therefore my mum was like shouting all over and cursing herself for being so careless. Then the miracle came. Turned out it was a shortcut to Times Square. We reached there in half the time if we use the old route. We were so lucky. At about 10.50 a.m., we were already waiting at the main entrance. We didn’t even see one of our old friends there. We kept on waiting….

Finally, someone came. It was Rou Xin, the organizer of the gathering. I was like woah, she definitely grew taller! Behind her was the usual Xi Yuan. The same old Xi Yuan I saw everyday. So we had some little chat while waiting for the others.

5 minutes later, Loh Yi Fei and Hean Ghee rushed into the entrance. We talked like old times and I kept on smiling. I couldn’t imagine how much Hean Ghee had changed. He was fatter and more mature! Yi Fei remained unchanged. Still a young boy perhaps. *sarcastic laugh*

Half an hour later, we were already walking to the Green Box in Sungei Wang. Actually it was just to entertain the girls. They wanted to have some karaoke session. So we boys had to follow. :(

After Rou Xin did the registration process, we were accounted with Room 44 for the karaoke session. I was so reluctant that time. I am not interested in singing. Not at all.

-In The Room-

Rou Xin and Daphne immediately did the whole setup. They chose the song and the Karaoke session began. Xi Yuan, Ratchanary, Kah Kei, Hui Xin, and all the boys were sitting behind while the two girls SAT on the main table. They sang like professionals and dominated the whole session.

Here are some pics of them:

( Two of them singing. It was quite blurry. It was so dark inside. )

( The boys sitting behind. I was sitting next to him. )

( The girls watching. )

( Hui Xin, Xi Yuan & Ratchanary. )

Thats all the pictures in the room. I knew it was only a few but I was so busy that time. Im so sorry. I would have taken a lot more. Well, thats all for today. I will insert the pics when we had teatime at McD’s by tomorrow.

Dazzled…

Wow! Now only I realize how fast time is leaving us in dust. We can’t change the time, but time can change us. Time will never stop for anybody, no matter what is happening. Its already school holiday. Imagine one week without schooling, now thats the time we enjoy ourselves.

And I want to mention about the recent Public Speaking Program I went to. It was really fantastic and awesome. Unforgettable. Extremely rewarding. The speaker was the beloved Mrs. Jagjeet Singh, a well known International Debating Adjudicator, writer,  columnist and a lot of others. Like you see, she was an “expensive” woman and everyone needed to pay to go to her workshops, courses and all that. I am so glad SAB’s students are able to attend it for free. All thanks to our Miss Mastura. Because of her, we can learn something new. It was an opportunity of a lifetime. Of course, to remind you, Mrs. J was almost 68 years old! She was still energetic and living life to the fullest! She was really a strong woman with strong belief in herself. It was really rare to find women like her these days.

We had a lot of fun activities in the workshop, and we were able to stand up and express ourselves. We did learn a lot. We learned how to talk in front of the others, how to express ourselves, how to generate ideas for public speaking. And, did I tell you that Mrs. Jagjeet Singh’s English level was prefect? It was totally perfect. She almost knew every word and of course, her Grammar was terrific. She told us, ” Without good Grammar,  how to be a good speaker? ” During the workshop, she thought us a lot of new words, and helped to strengthen our vocabulary. Every student was like jotting down what she said every moment. Mrs. Jagjeet Singh really inspired us. She thought us so many things you can’t learn in school.

She gave us chance to talk in front of the others, and she corrected us! Did you know that, within 7 seconds of your speech, people are able to determine what kind of person you are. Therefore, public speaking required a lot of techniques and it took us time to perfect it. We can’t just go up the stage and just blabber. We need to have ideas to convince the others! To move the others! It is just like sending a message to a group of people. If you have the right public speaking techniques, you are able to do anything. You may succeed in your life, pass your interview and etc.

We even learned how to fight stage fright and how to overcome nervousness. And after the workshop, we are now able to generate idea faster, and brain-storming in order to write a good essay.  If there are this kind of workshops in the future, I hope everyone will attend it. It was really fun and enjoyable.

Sorry!

Some things happened, but we couldn’t change the outcome. What’s happened happened. Thats what you feel if you did something bad or something. All I could say was, I truly failed in my exam. This exam was not really important as it was just only something similar to monthly exam. In some subjects like the History, Geography, English, well I did score with flying colors, but there were still certain parts that I truly failed.

And the subject I almost scored an E on is Moral! I didn’t exactly KNOW what happened to me but I did so badly that I deserved an E. Haha, how ironic. When I got my result, I was like, erm, shocked and confused. Indescribable stunned. Turned out I was really bad in Moral. Maybe I studied too much or perhaps fate had decided my path? By the way, I didn’t really know how to score in the Moral. So for those who were good in it, please lend me a hand…

Btw, I did a lot of careless mistakes in my exam! Some really really really silly mistakes. Didn’t know what I was  doing during the exam haha. Perhaps I was day-dreaming too much. Imagine that, I wrote the wrong values for the coordinates in the Maths paper! Maybe I was really day dreaming. * silently laughs *

Argggh! Now the Olympics! I watched the Opening Ceremony and it was really really amazing. No country could actually put up that much of fireworks. It was all eye-candy stuff. Woah, imagine two thousand and eight drummers  doing the same action on the same time, with organized motions. Then there was the countdown part. Again, they did raise some eyebrows. The opening ceremony was truly unique. They even showed the Chinese traditions, how the technology evolved in China, and the origin of Chinese. As a Chinese, we should really be proud of it. I loved the way China displayed those Chinese traditions one by one, all followed by loud applause.

Actually, Malaysia was not really that good in the Olympics. We could only count on Lee Chong Wei, Wong Choon Han & all those good badminton players. Maybe they could get the 1st gold for Malaysia. They were the only ones we could lay our hopes on.

Till then.

To Raise Some Eyebrows.

There were a lot of things that happened these days, such as the examination, getting the harsh knowledge that there were lots of works waiting for you to do, then helping teacher with the PCs, and etc. Arghh, sometimes I just feel like committing suicide.

No matter what happened, the big thing is, I finally got over with the examination period! Cheers. Well, it was really nothing as this was just an assessment and not really important but of course u still need to read, to at least score some good grades. Talking about examination, there were some papers that were really hard, for example the Sivik. I think our Sivik teacher had gone nuts and was trying to strangle us by giving us a hard time. I mean, as u could see, the questions were so unrelated to what we read. OMG. Epic Phail for us.

Well, I need to deal again with my swimming lesson again tomorrow. Imagine trying out the Butterfly style again. By the way, I have to go now. To be continued tomorrow.

Complicated Life.

Sometimes, life become so complicated that you might not be able to cope with it. And I seriously do think that I am in that kind of helpless condition. Yeah, TOTALLY helpless. Actually, since I was a prefect, I feel some kind of heavy burden on me. Maybe it was natural. Or my brain was going haywire. Like a compass at Bermuda Triangle.

Well, I did finish my prefects’ orientation and managed to pass it up. Like the others, I almost finished it as I only had 60+ signatures. Anyways, no demerit for me! Yey! Some probates did fully finished it, congrats. But unfortunately some got less than 10. Their life was totally at stake as actions may be taken.

Recently, the prefects held a meeting for all the probates. Yes, thats me. It was not really important but attendance was compulsory. No way but to attend it. According to the others, it was only a meeting to announce the new AJKs. At least we know what to expect next year.

Astonishingly, halfway through the meeting, I was shocked. The head prefect asked me and a girl named Phoebe to go and see Mr. Tan, our beloved Prefectorial Board Teacher. I started to think: “Oh Gosh, it must be something bad. Maybe I got kicked out or demerited?

Turned out it was god news. Razman, our Penyelaras Menengah Rendah for the prefects this year, wanted me as a replacement for him. I was more than delighted to be promoted. My heart was jumping at the moment. Phoebe turned out to be my assistant. Of course, that meant I got a lot more duties to do. HUHUHU.

Till then.
